If I could give them zero stars, I would. Purchased a dress from them which was immediately moved to the back of the store until alteration. The dress was 'off the rack', so no ...

They were fast and easy to work with 5/12/2011

I was very particular about my dress...it had to have a higher neckline and sleeves, but I didn't want an "80's" look. This was the only place that had a dress that looked nice (fashionable) in my price range. Luckily, I had no alterations, just a French bustle put in. They were fast and easy to work with, especially with my schedule. more

I had a GREAT experience 4/15/2011

I had a GREAT experience with Bridal Superstore! They were so eager and willing to help me and my family on every visit. I have been all over the state looking for the perfect gown and found it finally at the Bridal Superstore. They had the largest selection and prices by far. The quality far surpassed any other store we have shopped. My consultant was extremely attentive to me needs and wants. As a matter of fact, my consultant is the one that found my dress! They seated my family in a "chapel" area so they could see me come down the aisle in my gown and my mother and sister actually cried! They have even explained to my brides maids how to be properly measured to ensure their dresses come in as close to fitting as possible. My cousin will have just had a baby two months before the wedding and the staff has carefully gone over with her all of her options to order a size. No one has been pushy or rude, telling us we HAVE to order a certain size. I have been more than happy with all of my encounters with Bridal Superstore! more

I looked at three different stores for wedding dresses. The Bridal Superstore was HUGE and offered so many beautiful dresses to choose from. I worked with Cindy (I would definitely recommend her), and she was so patient with me and helped me with everything. Everyone was very nice to me at the store and did not press me to buy any of their other merchandise. I would highly recommend the Bridal Superstore if you aren't looking for a specific designer or if you aren't sure what you want your dress to look like. They have so many options that you won't be disappointed. more

This store has helped me to plan my wedding 3/31/2011

This store has helped me to plan my wedding for the past year and I am very happy with the service they have provided. They have assisted me in my wedding gown, bridesmaids dresses and tuxedos. They help to keep control and not make me go crazy. When shopping for my gown, they gave me several tips on how to go about my planning. They helped me realize that I don't need 20 people there to make my decision and were very kind. I would recomend this store to everyone. Great prices too! more

this is a great shop! i came in one day and was completely confused on what i wanted. they assured me that they would take care of me and they did. i love the idea that there is a consultant there to help you and walk you thru the process. i would have been so lost if it hadnt been for their help. i have several friends getting married next year and have highly recommended them to this store. great selection, great prices, great service. what more could you need? more

I found my perfect gown here and everything was perfect from beginning to end! Everyone there took time to help us in some way. I found my dress there the first time I went and have been back at least four more times to purchase bride's maids and other things. Their prices and quality were far better than any other place I had shopped. No other store even came close to the selection they had (guess that's why they are the largest bridal store in the state!) . They have been so helpful and polite and have definatly earned my business! more

I had heard bad things about this place but it ended up being fine for me... good thing since they were the only ones in INDY that could order my dress. Some of the girls are nicer than others but I was happy. The seamstress is AMAZING and so sweet!! more

The Bridal Superstore has a great selection of dresses, and I absolutely loved my dress and the bridesmaid dresses. They are a little more on the expensive side though, especially with the tux rentals. Overall, they did a great job. We had a snag with the bridesmaid dresses in that they were never ordered, and we didn't find out until they were supposed to be here. But, they took care of it and got them here on time. Overall they did a good job. Kaylee was fanstastic and very personable. I would recommend her to anyone. more
