He's quick to take money, but not-so-quick to find a defense. Prior to representing me at a hearing, he said our chances of winning were good. Once he knew he was getting the money, and drove to the hearing, he told me the chances were slim. In court, he told me to plead guilty to charges that I didn't even understand. When I asked him to explain the charges, he said ""trust me, just plead guilty"". In another court, his defense was that I didn't know that assault was against the law because I didn't sign a Probation and Parole form stating that I would obey all laws of the land. His defense was ridiculous. I even sided with the prosecutor on that one. In addition, he wanted to appeal after we lost, wanting another 5000.00, using the same lame defense.
