Went in for a massage and had the worst experience. It was incredibly noisy. Kids joined their parents for pedicures got bored and started screaming at the top of their lungs for the entire length of my massage. Nobody even tried to shut them up. The asians were also talking loudly to eachother right outside the room. The room was crowded with junk and even stuff under the table. The cd skipped and radio turned off halfway through the massage. The porr therapist apologized and i heard she quit after that. I dont blame her. more

Went in for a simple manicure, the worst manicure I have ever had. The polish looked like my 8 year old painted my nails and the man was RUDE. This place is dirty and has terrible service. My next complaint is to the health department, they should be shut down. more

I went in for a trim and told the stylist I was growing it out and wanted to keep the length. My hair was mid-back when I went in and shoulder length when I came out. more

I brought my 15 year old in to have her hair done for homecoming. I also wanted her make-up and nails done. Not only did they they layer my daughters hair that was one length down to her waist without my permission. We were in there for 5 1/2 hours,missed pictures,her date had to go ahead without her and her dad had to bring her dress to the mall so she could get ready in the Macy's bathroom. We arrived at 12:00 and i was told i had a professional taking care of her and what a joke that was. Three hours into it we had to switch to a different stylist cause my daughter was hysterically crying. They charged me $150 for curls (on half of the hair she came in with, cause the other half was missing) a crappy make-up job and painted nails and toes. I was double charged after I was told if we left after the three hours I was going to be charged for her hair to be put up (even though after two different people curling it we still only had curls that were falling out when we left the salon not an up-do). I argued about the ridiculous amount of time and the double charges but they refused to budge. Considering we were now two hours late for homecoming I paid and left. For the first time in my life I walked out without tipping. My daughter only gets her hair cut by one person, she has gone to her for four years. I would NEVER agree to someone else layering her waist length head of hair. I had to get a few last minute things for my daughters homecoming so I was in and out but thought they would take care of my daughter. I was SO WRONG. Instead they took advantage of her and since she is only 15 she trusted everything that was going on. The girl asked if she could cut a couple pieces off the back so her curls would hold better. My daughter said just a couple but don't touch my length or do anything else. I am going to have to pay her hairdresser to fix it now. This place is a joke. NEVER COMING BACK AND MAKING SURE EVERYONE IN BRANDON KNOWS ABOUT HOW AWFUL THIS PLACE IS. more

I have been there about 5 or 6 times, And have had about 5 different people do my hair. Each one of them were dressed well and every polite. Not to mention I keep going back because they always get it right. Love it. more

I also work in the beauty industry so I know you can't please everyone. My family and I and most of my friends go to this salon for all our needs and we always leave happy, when we walk in the door were always greeted with a smile and how can we help you. I've seen comments on sanitation, please obviously this is a nail and hair salon not your kitchen table. I'm a very picky person and so is my mother I highly recommend this salon....... more

I went in for a partial highlight, have beautiful blonde hair with a low light underneith. just needed the roots done to match my existing blonde highlghts blended in. What I got was a crown of white that doesnt match my colors, chopped up hair cut that was suppose to be a trim. I am extremely unhappy. I tried to get them to give my money back. they refused and offered for someone to redo my hair. I said no, I am not trusting anyone else there to do my hair. The girl that did my hair graduated from Manhatten Beauty school and admitted to me during my foiling that she had to work at Fantastic Sams to learn more about doing hair. I was speachless. Not only that it was like she was trying to do two heads at the same time, Im under the lights getting my hair to lift, and she is doing someone elses roots when i needed to be rinsed. Then she realized my hair was orange she put a toner on it and had the nerve to charge me for it. My bill was $103.00 and I am miserably disappointed with my hair results more

I just recently went to have my color and Highlights done and I loved it..not only did she match my color exactly right from my last hairdresser...my haircut was perfect..just what i wanted and asked for!!..I totally recommend this salon and especially if you get the stylist that I had I believe her name is Sayda!!..but Iv noticed there was other good stylists as well..but im so Glad i had her!!..no complaints with me and I WILL be back!! more

My wife and I have been going to Brandon Salon & Spa since 2003. I honestly tell everyone that I would never go to any other salon beside this. We always get the treatment and services we deserve. Excellent services with reasonable prices. And for those that wines and makes complaint about services and customer services, you are the ones that probably got fired from your job or you're one of those that complains everywhere you go and everything you do. I would strong recommend everyone. more

I'm sorry I work in the beauty industry and understand how important customer service, sanitation, and communication. This salon does not practice these things very well if you read the reviews they all seem pretty consistant. I had my nails done there to give them a try and they first did a horrible job to begin with. Excuse me when you are performing a service you don't bring to other people over and speak a different language ITS RUDE! That client. Paid for your time. Second if a service goes wrong it is the owner job to make sure every client is taken care of to the best of their ablility because not only do you lose the chance to gain that client but that client is going to go out of their way and tell 10 others and write a review . Train your staff especially the front desk (yes girl with the glasses I'm talking to you) adjust your additude because your the first and last person they see and you should be happy they go there because that's how you get paid and you never know you might throw your additude to the wrong person and they just might slap you. People read the reviews it is all the same. for me I will continue to let everyone know my expierience at the Brandon Salon and Spa. more

I got my nails and my hair done at brandon salon and spa . I think that is the best service i ever have i dont know why this people so unhappy ..they must never been in salon before. Im highly recommend this place to all my friend... more

TO CARRY THE NAME OF A SPA, YOU ACTUAL HAVE TO GIVE SPA LIKE TREATMENT....NOT IN THIS CASE...THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT, JUST THE OWNERS HUSBAND AND WIFE WHO HIDES BEHIND THE SCENES WHEN A COMPLAINT COMES ABOUT, YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER IS TAKEN TO STALL YOU OUT BUT NOTHING FURTHER IS DONE. THIS IS A CHOP SHOP AND STATE BOARD NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE....PS GO TO DEPARTMENT OF PROFESSIONAL AND BUSINESS REGULATIONS AND LOOKUP THE LICENSE...THEY HAD 2 CITATIONS LAST YEAR... .............................ANONYMOUS.....!!!!!!!!!!!!...... more

I absolutely hated the hi lites and low lites and asked for it to be corrected. The girl rewashed my hair with shampoo and said that was all she could do. I asked to speak to her manager and she conveniently was getting a facial so she could not speak with me. more
