This office overcharged me on several procedures and when I asked them to refund the overcharge, they refused. I had to contact my insurance company to get them to help me get my refund. When Dr. Bouchard found out about this, he called me personally and yelled at me that I didn't know what I was getting myself into by informing the insurance company about the overcharge. After several months, I finally received my refund, but was such a headache interacting with this office.
