WOW, great savings and service! 9/23/2011

I just wanted to say how great Katie was to speak with the other day when I stopped by. I had a couple questions and she was more than happy to help me. On top of that she saved me $189.00 on my homeowner's policy and got a refund sent to me for this year's premium. I received the check today! WOW is all I can say. She is a great asset to your staff in my opinion. My wife just had a ticket taken off her record and I had planned on shopping rates - again. Not now! I will stay where I am at.
