I feel like I need to write to respond to the first poster -
I don't argue with the poster's comments - It's just that I have never had that type of experience in the 10+ years that I have been dealing with these folks. I have a Simplicity riding mover and a Stihl chainsaw and leaf blower from these folks. They pick my mower up , service it and deliver it back each year. They handle any of my other service requests reasonably quickly and cheerfully. I get phone calls from Mrs. Bradshaw advising me of what they find during the service and to schedule the pickups and deliveries.
I have never had an issue with them, nor have I heard anyone else having an issue while I have been in their store.
These folks have worked that business all of their lives and now have elected to close for an hour at lunch so that they can get lunch together without one of the two of them trying to provide full service in the store - God bless them.
I would ask the first poster to go to Lowes or Home Depot and see how far their their attitude gets them there.
Pros: Good service, responsive, honest folks, quality products
Cons: Small operation - May have to wait at busy times
