Highest quality furniture, fairest prices, incredible customer service 8/5/2008

I have had some really horrible experiences with furniture stores, and got cheated on some furniture that broke down in just a few months. Per my experiences I was very suspicious, but Braden's Furniture was a breath of fresh air in the furniture world. It is a family run business built around christian values. They have beautiful furniture and a massive selection. Their sales staff is trained well, and if they don't know the answer, they are willing to find it. They have prices to fit most budgets, and they even have accredited interior designers on staff. I couldn't be more happy about my experience with Braden's and would recommend them to anyone. Best furniture store around! 7/30/2008

I really enjoyed working with the design staff at Bradens. They were very helpful and LISTENED to me. This is so important!! They took the time to come out to my house to measure my room and to give me ideas on how to pull the "whole look" of my house together! I will never shop anywhere else! Wonderful customer service and VERY reasonable prices! Value! Pros: Wonderful customer service....Talented designers....great prices Cons: none more

Poor Customer Service 6/4/2008

I am unhappy with the service (was told 8 wks for furniture, it has been 10 wks+ and not all of my furniture is here). They seem to have lots of confusion with charging for items not delivered and not wanting to give credit for furniture that was not accept. They called to tell me I owed more than I did... YOU really need to watch out, they seem to have an internal communication problem. I was passed around to so many people and after being very persistent I finally got my concerns addressed. I paid alot for my furniture but the sales person ended up acting like if I was not HAPPY no BIG DEAL! I be spending about $10000 for furniture in the next 6 months, I will take my business to other furniture stores. CUSTOMER NO SERVICE is NOT good for business. more
