Having parked in this garage many times before, I would have given it a high rating, if not for this evening. We have a daughter in NNICU, fighting for her tiny life, and I was unable to park within a mile of the hospital, due to the staff and security allowing the hospitals garage to be filled with people attending the events center next door. After the garage filled the streets around the hospital in turn gridlocked, preventing even ambulances from getting into the ""emergency loop."" This is a disturbing and near criminal failure to control their own property and properly coordinate their site with surrounding ones that may effect it. . The fact that people illegally parking for an recreational event seems to take more priority than human life and medical care, I have to give them a 1, if I could go lower I would. If you saw people dressed in furs going to the orchestra stealing parking spots from people bringing sick children and loved ones for treatment at the hospital, how would you feel? Do you feel it's appropriate to make suffering, sick and heartbroken people walk blocks in fourty degree weather, since no parking was avaiable at the hospital, due to the managments failure to remain informed? Just another horrible point in what has been the worst week of our lives. Pray for us, and stay hard on Brack to find a better company to manage the garage.
Pros: None.
Cons: Total failure to manage their garage in an effective manner, in turn lowering the quality and timeleness of medical treatment.
