We have used Boyle's for years with no problem. The servicemen have always been helpful and courteous. However, this last time when our heater wasn't working properly in December, we called for an appointment. We knew the issue could wait, so we booked in advance. I stayed home all day on my one day off and the guy still isn't there 45 minutes after the scheduled visit. I call and she says she'll get back to me, which she promptly does. Apparently, the serviceman is tied up at someone else's house who is out of heat. He never notified anyone and she said that I should get on with my day. I ask if he can show up at all today and she tells me how the other people have a broken heat pump. Well, so do I!!! I know mine can wait, but someone should have called when they first saw there would be a delay. So, she offers to reschedule and I said, very calmly, ""No thanks, I'll call someone else."" She proceeded to hang up on me! I swear, I was NOT nasty in anyway. I will NEVER, EVER use Boyle's heating again and I am telling all of my extended family.
