Please file a complaint with the BBB if you are having trouble with Bowker & Roth. Let's work together to get this group shut down. If you are thinking of using this company, DON'T. I don't know the types of experiences those who left positive feedback have had, but I have certainly had my fair share of negligence from this group. From the property manager, Will Reimbold, to the receptionists, this company is full of bad communicators and people who cannot problem solve. They are rude and handle themselves in a highly disrespectful manner. How they are still in business is beyond me. more

I'm very surprised by these negative 6/11/2012

I'm very surprised by these negative reviews. I have had nothing but a good experience with Bowker & Roth. Our manager is extremely on top of things and knows all the rules about how we should be managing our property. Every time I've had a question, either knows the answer or gets it to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Bowker & Roth! more

Need I say more. Our homeowners association unfortunately contracted with Bowker & Roth to severe regret. Non-existent service. Defensive staff. Stay away. more

Best Management Company Ever!! 8/15/2011

I've been a real estate agent for over seven years. This depressing and frustrating real estate market makes closing short sales almost impossible. Having dealt with dozens and dozens of short sales that do not go through, usually because of HOA issues, makes finding a company like Bowker & Roth so refreshing. They were honest, helpful and were so willing to assist in negotiating the past due HOA dues. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome or nicer people to work with! more

Happy with service 8/10/2011

I've worked with several different management companies in my 15 years of being on my condo board... Bowker & Roth is by far the best company I've worked with. Our financial reports are finally available in a timely manner and easy to read. Will's understanding of financial reports has definitely been an asset. I've been especially appreciative several times when Will was able to resolve conflicts that arose during board meetings. more

A Happy Customer 8/5/2011

Our HOA has used Bowker & Roth for over one year and, as a member of the Board of Directors, I have been very happy with their service in managing our property. In particular, Will R. has been responsive to our needs and requests. He has been a solid resource in helping the Board with streamlining our processes, recommending vendors and explaining existing and new regulations/laws that we, as the Board, need to understand in making the decisions critical to the well being of our Association. World's worst management should be 0 stars 7/18/2011

If you have read the other city search reviews of this management company I can only add they are not only true but may , in fact, be rather generous. I've had the unfortunate non-pleasure of dealing with this company for 10 years. When our last property manager died I thought things might improve....no such luck. You cannot get an answer from them; information; details about rules and regs; help with finding the exact requirements for improvements to your unit and yet they are willing to spend time fighting with owners about their doorknobs. The sooner they go out of business the better but it doesn't look good for the foreseeable future. more

Inept and incompetent - How do they keep this account? 5/22/2010

As an original resident of Highlands II, for the past 12 years I have nothing but contempt for this ineffectual property management company. Even basic services, like pool and spa cleaning, are way beyond their ability to perform?with our facilities either broken or with hazardous water quality year in and year out, despite repeated complaints. I have to wonder how they received, much less maintain this account. If you are even considering this company?be forewarned, they are unresponsive and completely incompetent. Pros: Havent found one yet Cons: Unable or unwilling to perform their duties more

Very Poor Communication & Neglect 8/22/2008

We have used this company (unfortunately) for years. Our representative died, then his brother took over with very bad results. It's like we have no property manager at all. I can't get our HOA to change companies which is unbelievable. I can't say ANYTHING good about this company. Cons: Never there when you need them more

Stay Away 8/22/2008

This place is terrible. We hired them for 2 years and they barely showed up for meetings. They are rude and don't return phone calls. The owner is especially rude. All they want to do is take your money and then ignore you. Someone will shut them down soon I hope. Pros: None - unless you like to buy things and get nothing in return Cons: Ignores tenants, disregards their obligations, Rude and uncaring more
