I am much concerned about my vacation time, as after chose a wonderful hotel for stay and time in Boston. I went there with my fiance. Its was beautiful place with more art. Love is air of Boston. The staff and other people of this place are so nice. There are beautiful gardens in Boston city and many historic places. Rooms are fresh, airy, good lite and spacious. Joyful spot! more

Rooms and bathrooms were splendidly and modernity decorated, clean as a whistle, and spacious. On account of this, the conference rooms were amazing, the hotel has wonderful sections for many activities. There are royal deluxe ballrooms, wedding halls, business conference rooms. The bed was a slice of heaven.I would stay here again without a second thought and highly recommend it. more

Beautiful Trip! 8/25/2012

The great attraction for this hotel is its cleanliness. The rooms are very beautiful giving a feel of begining a good holiday. Staff are so supportive. They will store your luggage until check-in or after check-out. It is close to everything: shops, museums, restaurants, tram stop in front of hotel. I would stay there again without hesitation. I love their gifts they provided me a goodie of chocolates! Beautiful Trip! more

Nice Management.. 8/25/2012

I had attended a party given by my one friend there. At that I came I went to the hotel for first time, but now Boston Park Plaza Hotel has become my favourite place for staying, business gathering, for celebrating fest and family events. The management and staff over here is very nice, polite an decent. They actually provide good customer services, hence build great customer relationship. I would highly recommend this place. more

The staff members and hotel people were extremely welcoming and polite. They truly tried there best to make of vacation successful, so as they helped us in planning to visit the thing to do and places to visit in Boston. They even helped us to hire a transportation and recommend a perfect and trust-able guide also. The bedrooms were simply decorated and very comfortable - the bathroom immaculately clean. Great Staff! more

The crew always makes me feel like a VIP when I stay there and are nice, helpful, and caring. Transport and shopping on your doorstep.Complimentary turn down service and absolutely fabulous crew. The room is spacious, comfortable, resplendent with modern treatments & big flat screen TV. Beautiful place! more

Cool outing! 8/25/2012

It is resplendent, the understated elegance shows throughout the hotel. The concierge is so helpful. The cleaning crew does an excellent job, cleaning mornings and turning our bed sheets before bedtime. One can perfectly plan there vacation by booking the various special packages like shop & exhale package, and especially the best experience of “Boston Red Sox”. Cool outing! more

Good services! 8/24/2012

I found much difficulty of about not working and suffocation in elevators but at Boston Park Plaza there was not such issue. Room was well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent walking access to shopping and restaurants.Elevators were freakishly fast and responsive.Overall, all the time we stay there was pretty good. more

Enjoyed lot! 8/24/2012

The room was clean, the bed was good always made up in a timely manner and I appreciated the little extras like the complimentary water. The customer service is exceptional. The operatives is receptive and efficient The hotel is ravishing and the rooms are large and ravishingly appointed. One really nice feature is that they provide you complimentary water in your room every day!!! more
