The advertisements for Boston Market act like the food is similar to home cooked meal, I can tell you I don't cook like that and if I did my family would complain. The meat is dry and the side dishes are not very good. I have had food catered from this restaurant for work and I have never been impressed. The prices are also way too high. more

I think that the food here is terrible. It always looks so good in their print ads and commercials, but when you actually get it, it's a whole different story. It seems that the food has a somewhat generic taste. Like gravy that is made from a powdered base. Add to that it's over priced! Dinner for a family is outrageous. We recently had a Boston MArket catered lunch at my officer and no one was happy with the food. That was a really huge waste of money. I'm surprised that they're still in business. more

The food was old and had been sitting out way to long. The place was very dirty and the staff was so busy playing around with each other. They didn't notice us until something was said to the loudly. The prices here are a little high too. You can feed a family of 4 at many other restaurants for a lot cheaper than you could here. I was not satisfied with the service or quality of food here one bit. more
