Had a water pipe burst in my attic at 2am 2 weeks ago Sunday. I woke up to water raining in my bedroom. I remembered that jingle ""Got water Loss Call the Boss!""\r and called them immediatley and they aswered on the first ring. Their crew was at our home within 30 minutes extracting water from my home and setting up drying equiptment. They even extracted water from my hardwood floors. What a great job. I was 8 months pregnant with twins and on bed rest when our upstairs neighbor's bathroom pipes and toilet busted while they were out of town. The water came through our ceiling right into the freshly renovated nursery. I was scheduled to deliver the babies in 3 weeks and the cribs and mattresses, carpet and walls were a disaster. I called Boss Disaster Restoration in desperation and they showed up immediately and took over. They were able to contact the owners and help get the upstairs problem fixed and then focused on drying up and cleaning up our nursery. We had to replace a few things, but they even helped us get the insurance company going on replacement mattresses and the things we needed right away. I spent the entire time on the couch. Boss did water removal work on our Condo. We had mold and mildew remaining on our sheetrock after they completed their work. As Owners we had to pay to correct this problem and to correct over $1,000 in additional damage created by careless workmenship. No payment has been received by the Owners as of this date. The rating speaks for itself. more
