I've been a patient of Dr. Bosquez's for a couple years, and really like her. In fact, I was surprised that some reviewers posted such negative comments about her. She was highly recommended to me by my favorite doctor.\r

The girls at the front desk, on the other hand, leave much to be desired. They are the reason I didn't give the practice a 5-star rating. They rarely answer the phone (9 out of 10 times maybe), don't return messages in a timely manner, don't give any kind of appt. reminder (i.e., phone calls, email, whatever) but have no problem charging for a missed appt., and just come across as rude (short answers, not accommodating or helpful). They just aren't what you would expect in a professional office--cute doesn't cut it!\r

One more thing about the front office experience that is really irritating. You walk in the office, and you are in the middle of the waiting room. The front desk is actally an opaque window in the wall. Seriously, you have to stand in front of the window, and hope that they can see you from the other side, because you sure as hell can't see what going on through the glass. C'mon, if you need the window, at least make it clear! \r

A couple more comments...\r
You actually have to PAY for a prescription if you don't have an appt. (even if the Dr. tells you to pick it up between appts.) $10 is not a lot, but I've never experienced this at other offices. Also, it can ""take up to 72 hours to process a prescription request.""\r

SO, if you are prepared to put up with the generally crappy customer service to see a great doctor, this is the place to go. Dr. Bosquez IS a great doctor, and in my opinion, definitely worth the headache.
Pros: Great doctor
Cons: Office staff, crappy waiting area, can't bring your kids
