Bootleggers

I am a local and eat there frequently. It is easily the best place in town. They do so will that they are only open from 5-8 and in the summer can stay filled up so it isn't a bad idea to make reservations. Not a huge salad bar but the best blue cheese dressing I've ever had. Nothing watered down. Smoke free and you can have a beer with your meal if you like. Ask any local about the best place to eat and Bootleggers is an instant answer. Pros: great food Cons: can fill up quickly. don't be afraid to make reservations more

My wife and I recently took a trip to Yellowstone and stopped in this little town called Kemmerer. We asked the hotel manager where to eat and he told us that this little restaurant has the best steaks you will ever eat. We thought it was just friendly hometown talk until we tasted that huge ridiculous Ribeye steak. It was fantastic!!!! The place has a little dim glow in the inside dining area which really sets the mood, the people there are very friendly and actually stop to listen to what you have to say. The place is ran and owned by a married couple who work there every night and they made us feel right at home. My wife had the chicked fried steak, she never had one before and now she's hooked. I highly recommend this restaurant. Pros: The food, friendly people, value Cons: small town in the middle of nowhere more
