Horrible customer service!! Did not deliver flowers that were ordered online for Valentine's Day. Did not bother to call to say they wouldn't be able to make delivery. Didn't answer phone all day on Valentine's Day when I called to check the status about 20 times. Did not return any of multiple voicemails. When finally able to reach them the next day they didn't even appologize. They definitely ruined Valentine's Day, and I will never use them again! more

Beautiful selection, good price 7/8/2005

I go to Bokay any time I need flowers right now, delivered, or for pickup. They have a great selection for a smaller shop, and do nice arranging for a good price. I highly recommend walking in and and speaking with the designer. THey are awesome. more
