The atmosphere here is really nice, and there is a lot of equipment and different rooms with free weights and classes that I really enjoyed taking. What drew me in was the Pilates class, which was later change (they change every season?), but as I got a job further away from that area, it no longer became convenient and having paid ahead for a whole year, they make it difficult to get your money back.
They are a bit on the expensive side, I would recommend trying it out for a month first and see if your willing to commit to going there. They do specialize in a form of zen thing there, witha little water fountain up front and a meditation room.
They have good classes and a lot of trainers. However, the trainers rarely contact you, even if you pay for sessions with them, you have to contact them.
They promised you get personal training at the beginning, when I sign up, and then said someone will call me, never happen. The personal trainers never contact you, you contact them. They kind of lie abut that.
Sometime they offer food, which is nice. And i like the sauna.
