While I would agree then have a good selection of beds I wouldn't say it is much better than anywhere else. Went to go try them out and they gave the hard sell of the monthly membership. Not too bad of a price but then you have to pay a fee which was more than the monthly price and you had to give 30 days notice of cancelation. Not cool. So, I thought I would buy a 5 or 10 pass. More expensive than other places I have gone but I thought I would give it a try. Once I was about ready to pay she told me they don't supply eyewear and I would need to buy some. I have never been to a place that required me to buy eyewear. I said I have my own and she told me she had to verify they were FDA certified. At that I was done. They didn't get my business and they won't. I know the girl at the front desk was just doing her job and she was nice but a place with those types of policies just causes too much hassle. more

I've been tanning at this salon for over five years now. The employees are pretty knowledgeable about the tanning beds they provide there; which one is best for you, and the amount of time you spend in each one for your optimal tanning experience. They also take appointments which is fantastic because I can call on my way home from work or where ever to see if they are available. This particular tanning salon has the leg tanner which I'm very fond of. It really boost my all over tan because my legs are the hardest to tan. However when it comes to bronzers, lotions, and tanning oil the employees there have no idea as to what they are talking about, being an esthetican I have a pretty good idea about ingredients, product knowledge, etc. Also all the women, including the owner are really pushy in sales, I almost feel repeatedly mocked whenever I purchase a single visit, every time I walk in I'm constantly pushed to buy a $60 bottle of tanning lotion that has no more effect to your tan as would a $7 dollar bottle of Palmer's cocoa butter. Other than that the place is great. Just stick to your barrings about what you want and don't let them pressure you into something you don't really need. So I barelly started tanning here and so far everything is awesome!\r The people know what they are talking about i would HIGHLY recommend this is you are just barelly starting. I just walked in and the explained everything Im new to tanning and want to get ready for the summer. Just an excellent service overall. Pros: Great Customer Service and Friendly people more

I strongly disagree with the other reviews. I have had nothing but a fantastic experience with this tanning salon..I had never been tanning before and the owner chris was wonderful. She helped me every step of the way. I haven't had this great of customer service in a long time. I couldn't be happier with my tanning experience. i will never go any where else and recomend it to every one i know. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful , plus very knowledgeable sbout all the beds. The owner chris has definately gone above and beyond for me she is great.if you are thinking about or looking for somewhere to go tanning make sure you try body perfect first.You'll be glad you did!!!!! This tanning salon is one of the nicest I have ever seen. And the prices are much lower than a person would expect considering how clean and modern it is. They have everything a person could want from a tanning salon and the owner was more than helpfull when I needed advice on the best way to tan. If someone asked me the best place to go for tanning for price,assistance and cleanliness, Body Perfect is the only place that I would feel totally confident sending someone. K more

I tan at Body Perfect too and I have to agree with the girl who had bad service from the owner. I too LOVE the girls who work there, the prices are great, lots of beds, not a bad word to say about the whole place....except that the owner is very rude. She has a very sour face and is short with people when she speaks. I have come home at least 3 different times and said, ""I'm never going back there again!"" each time because Chris was mean to me. I think that she is just one of those people with an abrassive personality and that she should just say home and let her very capable, very polite employees run her business for her. I of course still go there and will probably never go anywhere else, but I don't want people to think that the girl with the lotion is an isolated incident, or that anyone else there is rude. So if you are new to Body Perfect and you see a pretty blond girl, you are safe, if you see dark-haired old hag, run for your life!!! I am a current employee at body perfect tanning and have been here for 3 years. Many of the statements in the last review are false. I know this client and have always enjoyed her company and business at our salon i hope that she continues tanning at our salon and i like her very much as a person. She is claiming that our owner would not assist her in exchanging a product and accused the owner of cheating her of her money. First i would like to say she bought a 95.00 bottle of lotion and recieved the lotion on a sale for 25% off. She only purchased it for 71.25. We do have an exchange policy that if a customer is not happy with a bottle of tanning lotion they can exchange it within the first visit for another PRODUCT of equal value or more.....she wanted us to refund her so that she could purchase tans and the owner stated that the return policy was for product. The owner offered her several options one of which was to move to another bronzer lotion that is 85.00 and she refused to pay the difference. Then the owner offered her a bottle of CTSEVEN that we sell for 85.00 (not 35.00) and not charge her the difference. She did not want this lotion because it does not contain bronzers. She then asked about a 50.00 bottle of lotion, the owner explained that it was not as good of a lotion but offered her a bottle of total immersion after care also to make up the difference of what she spent. None of the options were satisfactory to her and other products were not an option because she said she did not like them. She then took the original bottle of lotion, left the salon, and e-mailed the owner and sent this review. The owner of the salon tried all she could to keep this client happy and she refused all options given to her. She has been in this business a long time and has never cheated anyone of their money she is a very honest person and she is very good with her clients. I have been a customer at Body Perfect for 4 years. I always enjoyed tanning there. The girls who work there always greet you by name, explain the products well, always tried to do the best for me, they created an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. Pros: Customer Service given by the Girls is fantastic. Cons: Customer Service from the OWNER is Horrible. Not RECOMMENDED. more

This is a fantastic salon, I have gone for years. The beds are very well kept up, there is a large selection of beds to choose from. The staff is very knowledgeable on the beds and products. Hands down best salon I have ever gone to! Pros: Lots of Beds, Knowledgeable Staff, Plenty of Parking Cons: Busy at times! more
