I just had my 6th laser hair removal treatment on my underarms about a month ago and I can honestly say that I am totally happy and satisfied with the results. Through out the treatments I was often skeptical about what the end result would be because at times it seemed to me like there was more hair re-growth or I didn't notice a huge difference from treatment to treatment. Felicia was great at explaining to me that it was normal and part of the process. She also assured me that after my 6th treatment I would get the results I was looking for and I did. Always sceptical of what the results of laser treatments would be...I am happy to say that I was stunned with how fantastic each aspect of the process went. Starting from the initial consult, I was thoroughly impressed with both Karina's and Felicia's warm personalities and professionalism. I loved my experience at Body Envy. I originally went in to get laser hair removal on my bikini line. Karina (at the front desk), was very polite and knowledgeable and explained what the procedure entailed, cost (you buy a package of 6 typically), and how to prepare. I went in for my first treatment nervous as could be, (I was about to get my pubic area zapped with a laser!) but Felicia, the technician, was cheerful, good-humored, and talked me through what was going to happen. As I lay on the table waiting for the first official zap that would lead me to a hair free bikini line to arrive, I hold my breath and tense up ready for the pain, she puts the laser to my ?area? and zap! To my astonishment the pain isn?t bad at all! I am used to getting full Brazilian waxes and comparatively speaking, the laser was like nothing! I was so happy with the results from the first treatment that I upgraded to a full brazilin for the remaining 5 sessions. I can?t wait to do my underarms! Alrighty! My bikini line is looking fantastic and just in time for bathing suit weather. Here go the nitty-gritty details: You need to do the whole series of 6 sessions-- don't try to skimp or you won't get results. No, the laser won't get rid of *all* your hair. It's good for about 90% reduction. I still have some strays but they are fine instead of course-- nothin' a little nair can't handle. And you can get touch-ups, which I may just do. Where do I start? I have been going to Body Envy for almost a year now and I have been extremely pleased at the results of my photo-facials. With me having an acne problem photo-facials have helped tremendously. I have noticed that my skin has gotten much much clearer and healthier. Felicia the photo-facialist is a gem. She very patient and doesn't rush you out the door like other spas. She and Karina have definitely helped my acne situation. They schedule me in a way that will help my face see the best results. And its has been working :). Not to mention, out of all the facial spas I have been to Body Envy is without doubt the most affordable. I would shave and 4 hours later get a horrible shadow. After getting my first treatment i notice alot of patches of hair fallig out and the rest of my hair was getting thinner. Treatment after treatment more hair would fall and more would get thinner as for the shadow disapeared. From shaving every 2 days to shaving like once a month, it not only save me money on razors but also made me feel and look great, alot younger as well. I don't regret going throught the pinching pain of the treatments because it was worth it. The service was great, always nice and offered me somthing to drink. I recomand Body Envy Houston to anybody willing to loose that certain hair they would always shave, as for the results of the treatments are great and will change your life. more

I treated my bikini area at a top rated laser hair facility several years ago and my results were disappointing b/c a majority of my hair grew back and the treatments were quite painful. I just thought it was normal! I decided to give it another try here since it was a different type of laser and am currently treating my bikini, legs, and underarms and all I can say is WHAT A DIFFERENCE! My treatments are near completion for both my bikini and underarms and I am extremely pleased w/the progress-From a pain standpoint it's about 10 times less painful overall than the previous procedure. It was much better than I expected and I hardly have any hair regrowth and I'm not even finished yet :) Even after the 1st and 2nd treatments, I could definitely see some improvement. I'm about halfway done w/my legs and can totally see a difference there as well. The staff is very friendly and the technician is very meticulous and professional. If you have considered doing any treatments in the past, I would highly recommend Body Envy! I have several friends that are going here and we all have nothing but good words to say. I had went to other places and compared prices, but when i came to Body Envy, i was dumfounded. Their prices were unbelievable. I was getting nearly 50% less total than the other place i was going to sign with, and that was before any discounts. It was a very homely feelings place, that is so welcoming. It's so personalble, unlike other places where your just another file in their drawer. They have great service and excellant professionals working there. I highly recommend this place. When they tell you that up to 80% removal by your first treatment, they mean it. I'm only on my second treatment and all i can say is I'm loving it. First of all I am not even completed half my treatments. I have received treatments at another place before I went to Body Envy Houston and I could not even tell I had treatments. But when I began treatments at Body Envy Houston i noticed a reduction just after one treatment, and my hair was actually growing slower. I went from shaving my underarms everyday to every couple of days. The same has come true about my lower legs. And the price......incredible!!!! My jaw fell to the floor when they told me how much it was going to cost me. It is quite a rare finding when a business can offer amazing prices, exquisite service and fantastic results. A few weeks ago I decided to call Body Envy for a consultation about my skin. Staff is unbelievable! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt! I was most pleased that they set very realistic expectations-- their consultations are just that-- they will tell you what to expect based on your hair and skin types, instead of making blanket promises. Results are far better than i expected! I was suspcisious at first because they are priced much lower than other spas, but the service, results and atmosphere far outweigh other spas I've visited. I have had laser hair removal from 3 other places prior to going to Body Envy, and by far Body Envy surpasses all 3! Their highly trained and experienced staff professionally walked me through their entire process and answered all my questions. The Starlux IPL that they use is definitely top of the line with very minimal to no discomfort at all. In the past I have had lasers that feel like a rubber band popping on my skin but Body Envy?s is nothing like that. I barely feel anything when having my procedures done. I have recommended Body Envy too many of my friends and they have been extremely happy with their services as well.
