A Runner's Massage!!!! 12/11/2010

I requested someone who is known for deep tissue massages and who was willing to listen to my concerns about my "problem areas" because I am a runner in training for a marathon. I was paired with JOSH SALLO. Josh is exceptional for several reasons. He consistently asks me to describe my problem areas, always asks me what he should prioritize or what I want him to focus on, shows an extreme effort in my deep tissue massages and always accommodates my difficult schedule. I have seen him on varying days and times. Josh is very respectful and quiet during the sessions, which I like. I also appreciate his willingness to focus on the areas I want him to address. I recommend JOSH SALLO to anyone!! more

Amazing 12/8/2010

I really loved this place. It is close to town and a great relaxing atmosphere. Josh Sallo was awesome and very in tune to my needs! He actually listened to where I was having pain and focused on that area (my shoulders). I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you are seeing Josh!! I left feeling like a new woman! more

Laura is excellent 12/7/2010

I have gone to many massage therapists in Nashville and elsewhere and Laura Lassiter is one of the best. She knows her stuff but, more importantly, she listens regarding your issues and needs and focuses on those areas. She also good ideas and suggestions for fixing health issues in addition to massage therapy. I go to Laura almost every week and it's one of the best hours of the week for me. more

EXCELLENT MASSAGE!! 12/6/2010

Long time patron, very relaxing ambiance, have used several different therapists (all good), but having been using Laura Lassiiter for last couple of years. I travel a lot and build a lot of tightness in my back. Laura is best LMT I have ever used. Best sleep I ever get is after she has worked on me. I would go every week if I could. more

this spa is easy to get to and the massage was delicious!! I left so relaxed afterwards. the spa is very cozy and warm... i really liked the ambiance there. if you need to relax, go here... great place and my therapist was great.. very attentive and could dd great deep tissue massage.. kudos! more

Fantastic couples massage! 4/13/2010

i went to get a couples massage with my boyfriend, who never had a massage before and loved it..!!! he was a bit nervous but the great ambiance and the therapists put him at ease and he was comfortable... the therapists where really nice and knew what i needed to have worked on... will come again! What you expect for the price~ 11/15/2008

Pictures are definately deceiving, wasn't a bad experience, but the facilities were small and cramped, the workers were talking on their cell phones, the rooms were definately not sound proof... you could hear what was going on outside and in the hallway... the person that i had... stopped the cd in the middle and was messing with the stereo. they both wore sweats, no uniforms or not even dressed up... there was a cardboard shipping box in the room i was in....it was nice, for a good price... definately not the spa setting though~ would recommed it for a quick in and out experience but not a relaxing get away~ the staff were friendly though~ and there was no wait~ just definately does not lve up to your typical resort spa Pros: quick, good price Cons: not the best atmosphere more

Go to Adigio instead.... 3/26/2008

I used this place a while back but when paying with a credit card, they automatically passed their service charge onto you. I decided this past week to give them another shot...but pay cash. Called only to get an answering machine on a few occassions with no call back for appointment as promise on the message. They must not want business too bad. Called Adigio and got in almost immediately...Go there instead....better vibe anyway. more

i get massages very frequently due to a host of physical injuries I have. Not only was I very relaxed by the session I was provided, but the therapist was very informed about my conditions and was able to better help me. From the time I booked my appointment, until I left, I felt completely taken care of. My therapist listened to what I needed and ensured she worked on those areas. I felt awesome after I left. Ron Spain is wonderful! 6/10/2006

Ron is great. I have numerous sprains, breaks, strains and such all over and Ron puts me completely at ease rather quickly. I have yet to try the Hot Stone Massage and cannot wait. He is really easy to communicate with and is very down to earth. I highly recommend asking for Ron. Pros: Relaxing atmosphere, open on the weekend, fairly good location. Cons: Nothing. more

Best Massage Anywhere!!! 3/2/2006

I arrived in Nashville with friends in hopes of having a "spa day," but we had no appointment. My neck was stiff and everything ached. Body Conscious was the only place that accommodated our group, and I AM SO GLAD. The atmosphere was so relaxing, the three staff members were WONDERFUL, and the massages was, without question, the very best ever. For a tired, overworked, travel weary educator, finding this lovely establishment was a gift from heaven above! I will return there every time I visit Nashville. (My friend has already made an appointment for next week.) Pros: Gifted Staff, Great Location, Beautiful Facility more
