Excellent Service, My Car Looks Brand New! 11/2/2011

Highly recommend Body By Scotty! I brought my BMW 5-series in for an estimate after an accident and the BBS team was so helpful and attentive. I had just gotten this car and was worried about part of the car getting re-painted but they did a fantastic job and matched the color perfectly- you can't even tell it was ever damaged. When I called to check the status of the job, they were very helpful and said they would keep me updated- which they did. I highly suggest Body By Scotty whether it's for autobody or paint. Top notch service and the quality of work can't be beat! Thanks BBS! more

Quality of work (lack of0 7/7/2010

Initially, Body by Scotty was very helpful in giving me an estimate and getting the truck started. But, then it was one delay after another. Instead of 2 weeks it turned into 4 weeks before the truck was ready. Now after just 18 months, one of the fender flairs is falling off and it's taking some of the paint with it. Body by Scotty claims the truck was hit, but, there's no evidence of that. They just don't stand behind their product. We took the truck to another body shop and they pointed out the color mismatch and all the sanding marks. I'm very disappointed in the quality of work done by Body by Scotty and I would never, ever take a vehicle to them for repairs. Not even if it costs me $500 to have someone fix their mistakes. Excellent Service and Quality of Work 9/1/2009

The staff at Body By Scotty was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were very attentive to all of our needs following an altercation with a large deer and our GMC Yukon XL. The quality of their work was top notch. Their were very concerned that everything was done correctly and taken care of in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Body By Scotty for any of your autobody needs in the Spokane/post Falls/Coeur D'Alene area. Pros: Friendly and Timley Service more
