Well ,I do very much enjoy ,various types of food;The manager should ensure his employees are in compliance with the ;( F.D.A . Code ) .Pertaining to the use of plastic gloves ,when touching food. Plus how to wash hands.Note: I also hope none are washing hands in the bathroom then touching the bathroom door handle with the bare hands,to then touch meat products ? Also this establishment can do alot more for parking lot security.Like ;London England ,has shown care for their customers and consumers,by installing ;( CCTV CAMERAS ,every where ,monitored 24hrs a day ). This is love and care.To help prevent what happened to that 19 year old victim at : Maint Place Mall. Dec.12,2013. Cameras. Plus a watch alarm. or other: Mace ,in the area of center shift area. Car alarm .Cameras and noise could help prevcent crime. more

Well the food is good.Here is a ledgitamate complaint: All the cooks never have hair nets.The cooks never use plastic gloves.They wipe their filthy greasy hands on their dirty approns.Next their custodian :Miguel likes staring at customers as though he is striving to have a conversation .Instead of just doing his job.What Miguel ,did was started wiping down tables very close to where others were eating.This presents a very serious Health Department issue.Why? The cleaning solution he is using and the crumbs from other tables can have bacteria. If it is accidently falls into the plate of a customer eating next to where he is cleaning.This can cause food poisoning.The other issue with; Miguel the custodian or employee is: He started disturbing the peace Calif Penal Code:647E. Meaning as customers were sitting down striving to enjoy their meal he rubbed the brooms over their feet. He should sweep an area after the customer leaves. Next: He started mopping as customers were still sitting down eating: This produced a very strong nausiating smell.Taking away the smell of the food. Replacing the smell with ;The smell of ;(PINE OIL ) from PineSol for floors. Why can't he do this in the bathrooms?Not in the dinning area were customers are eating.People like to smell their food and enjoy their food. He should not be mopping floors when people are eating.This dirty water can accidently fall or splash into people's food.They should correct this Mexican employee.I'm sure if they do not ;.They could get a suprise visit by the Health Department or ,Real T.V Under Cover. Miguel ,should not be staring at customers.Or also should he be striving to engage in conversation. He should clean tables far away from the customers.He should do the sweeping and mopping with PineSol after all the customers are gone. Also;The manager should nicely greet customers now and then . Plus their is no complaint box with the phone number to the owner. The words from Miguel that really upset myself and my girlfriend were:( ""YOU ONLY HAVE THIRTY MINUTES TO EAT ! ) We asked where is the sign posted? He gave no responce. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT? WE PAID. WHY DID THEY SENT US THEIR POSSIBLE ILLEGAL ALIEN WITH FIXED PAPER WORK TO /HAZE AND HARASS US???? They should hire an American that is nice and polite .All the employees have a strong Spanish accent. Miguel is rude,arrogant and very ignorant of ;The Health Department regualtions.THE COOKS ALSO DO NOT USE PLASTIC GLOVES.THEY TOUCH THE FOOD WITH GREASY SWEETY HANDS.TOUCHING ONE FOOD ITEN AFTER ANOTHER.NO HAIR NETS. WHY?????? We don't like bad customer service.Who does like taking the chance of getting food poisoning.If the owner does not correct his illegal allien Miguel,maybe the owner likes ;Miguel more then customers.Until he does get some one sick and then it makes the news.With a great civil lawsuit. more
