Every time I call for information or go into the store - very difficult because I'm disabled - some nitwit there gets things wrong. It's very frustrating.
Today I called about a Buss GMA fuse. The woman on the phone got huffy about how that's irrelevant. She obviously didn't know squat on the subject because GMA is the fuse type, but that didn't stop her from blasting her big bazoo. She was the perfect storm of ignorance, misplaced self confidence and rudeness.
This could have been another wasted trip except I decided they'll never get another dime from me. If they charge extra for ""expertise"" - and boy, do they ever - it would help if they didn't employ people who don't have the first clue about what they're doing.
