Paul was very professional and offered my husband and me four options to repair the toilet, explaining each option in detail. He immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly and efficiently. We couldn't have asked for a more expert experience. more

Excellent Service 1/29/2013

Not only did he fix the plumbing problem, he noticed a loose vent from the water heating (CO leak!) and fixed that as well. Also used booties over his shoes to avoid tracking mud inside, which is always appreciated. more

Caleb's Great Job 12/24/2012

Caleb worked on all three of our heating systems keeping us informed as he worked through each, and then advising us of the options to make some needed and some suggested changes. As a result, we are setting up an appointment to consider a new furnace in one location. We would be very pleased to have Caleb work on our systems in the future. Way to go Caleb more

Residential Service Overland Park, KS 10/23/2012

The service provided by Sam, the plumber, was very good. Also he was very polite and courteous. He provided three options before he started work, and did not pressure me to take the most expensive alternative. I selected the most expensive option (over $2,000) because I didn't want to have to continually worry about kitchen sink not draining properly in the future. My only complaint is the high cost, which is not set by the serviceman. Because of his skill, he was able to complete the task in a little more than two hours, making this repair almost $1,000 per hour! Let me say this, I am completely satisfied with the work that was performed. I knew what it was going to cost beforehand. However, because their prices are too high, I can no longer afford to use them. more

furnace check-up 9/19/2012

Caleb has serviced our furnace and AC in the past and is always knowledgeable, curteous, and neat in his work. We'll definitely ask for him again. My only complaint was that we were scheduled for a morning time slot and the technician arrived at 12:15, not completing the work until 2:15. more

heating and air scheduled midyear service 9/9/2012

Found a cracked plastic pipe which handled hot combustion gases in older furnace. This was a dangerous situation which was found and remedied by installing a metal pipe. Good job well done. more

Plumbing Help 9/5/2012

I had a plumbing issue over the weekend and called Bob Hamilton Plumbing. They sent someone out on Sunday, but he didn't have the equipment needed on his truck so I had to wait for Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). I received a phone call first thing Tuesday morning and Paul arrived by 9am. Paul was extremely friendly and explained everything to me that needed to be done to my drains. He was quick and cleaned up thoroughly after his visit. It was sort of like having my dad there to fix my plumbing. I will definitely ask for Paul if I ever have any other plumbing issues. more

Clogged Kitchen sink plumbing after 30 years of use 8/22/2012

Bob Hamilton Plumber Kalen was on time and professional. Answered questions I had and ran 60' of snake in about 30-40 min and was done. Pricey but worth the work. more
