I really do love Boardwalk Nissan! The staff there are all very down to earth and transparent (in a good way). They aren't trying to force you into a car, and not going to lie to ...

Worst

Couldn't believe, after all of the times I have taken my '97 Jeep Cherokee to these guys and spent tons of money, that they would come up with policies that totally take advantage...

the sales staff was extremely helpful, didnt push me into making a purchase. they were polite, friendly, and truly concerned with my needs and wants. the inventory was amazing, they had so many vehicles to choose from i was blown away. more

My Jeep broke down and I originally had it towed somewhere that couldn't fix it, a total nightmare. I had my car towed to Boardwalk, but I was unable to physically be there. The communication was excellent, the price was very fair. The customer service was incredible. When I finally had to take Caltrain down from SF, they were very sympathetic to my situation. I was completely satisfied.? more

Justin is the BEST! If anything happens to him, I go where he goes. Although I have never met anyone at Boardwalk that wasn't super friendly and helpful. I have recommended 5 people to buy cars there. more

they were polite, friendly, and truly concerned with my needs and wants. the inventory was amazing, they had so many vehicles to choose from i was blown away. and, amazingly enough, the sales managers were just as friendly and helpful. from the moment i walked in until the moment i drove away in my new car, i was treated like royalty. more

Fixed the Problem ! 9/13/2010

I almost didn't take my car here because of all the bad reviews but it was a warranty repair and it is the only offical VW dealer near my office so I took it in. It was there for a week becuase the part was on back order from the manufacturer, they gave me a rental car for the week, i had to pay the tax (total of $16 for the week), they called me every day to keep me updated and they fixed the problem. All the work was covered under the warranty and they washed my car (something I have never done) so I really can't fault them. more

Dealership Guarantee 9/7/2010

people are never happy when their cars malfunction and its never going to be cheap to fix a car. This is true with any auto repair place. You can take it to "Joes" down the street but you will never have the job done right or with the guarantee of a dealership behind it. more
