I've been going to Blue Water for years, especially in the spring. The crawfish is perfectly spiced and boiled, not mushy, and they aren't the little baby crawfish you get other places. If you're not into crawfish, their menu is full of other seafood choices (catfish, shrimp, crab cakes, crab legs, scallops, etc.). The beer is cold and cheap. Generally, the service is adequate to good, unless it is busy, but a little understanding, and a few beers, and the additional time is not a problem.
Pros: Crawfish, buckets of beer, outdoor seating
Cons: occasional wait, very limited parking when busy
