I agree with the service complaints. They have improved a bit and they appear to be willing to improve upon it even more. You still get the sense that the servers, matre de, etc are too fabulous to give you service. However, when the food comes, it was worth the awkward, conversation generating, ""what the heck is her problem."" We had tuna, seared and coated with peppercorn, seasalt . I can't remember a time before or after where tuna tasted so good. Our appetiser, oysters of varying types, were of such high-quality that I wanted to chew them despite my typical systemic reaction when eating shellfish.
