I had a car reserved at LAX Airport for today July 11 at 11:30am. Upon my arrival I was told that I would have to wait 30-45 min since there were no cars in that location. Nobody seems to care,no ""we are sorry for the inconvenience"", customer service non existent.
Then finally I get a car at 12:30pm, no gas in the tank, dirty, sprayed with car fragrance so much, that I had to drive with open windows to get rid of the smell. I get to my destination and I realize that there is no license plate on the vehicle. I call the office and I being told to come back tomorrow once they have cars to exchange the car, when I told the lady that this is outrages ...she hangs up on me.....
I am a business traveller and usually rent with Avis and Budget. Your company just confirmed to me that you get what you pay for. I have never in all my travel over the years had such a bad experience. It's almost comical, looking at all things that happen. Unfortunately , it's not funny.
