When I want to feel like I'm out of town. 7/7/2011

I've been to a few locations of this chain and find this downtown location to be the best in the area. It's the Japan of some tourist's imagination, an image greatly enhanced by the huge projections on the back wall. This is the place to send your budget conscious out-of-town guests visiting to have a respite from their small-town lives. I like the "immediate gratification" option offered by the fare which revolves around the tables on a sort of conveyor belt. It's not the best sushi in town, but a fine place for happy hour. more

Whether you're dining in, grabbing take out, or enjoying happy hour at our bar, we're here to satisfy your sushi craving.
    We created Blue C Sushi because as sushi fanatics we loved the experience of Kaiten Sushi dining, but time & again we're let down by the quality of food, poor selection & ambiance of the typical "cafeteria style" so commonly found inside of a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Why couldn't there be a Kaiten Sushi restaurant that used the highest quality ingredients, served at a great value within a setting that was visually interesting and fresh?
    For anyone who wants sushi multiple times a week without costing an entire paycheck to do it...we're here for you. Stop by Blue C Sushi today!
