I just wanted to let you know of a good experience that I had dealing with one of your service represenatives on Monday 07/30/12. I live in Moberly, Mo. and have a daughter going to school at UMKC Pharmacy School and doing her Interning in Lees Summit. Her 2006 Ford Taurus quit running as she limped it into work and I called Machens Ford in Columbia where I bought it and extended warranty 5 years ago. They were'nt much help at all and had me call Ford Roadside Service and they were not either. I decided to call your dealership and was fortunate enough to get in contact with Ryan Jenkins in your service department. He treated me like family, he helped me get it towed, get a rental car, dealt with the warranty company and had her car fixed and ready to go within 24 Hours. I feel that he went above and beyond the call of duty which he did not have to do, he did not even know me. I really appreciate the good service that I recieved and plan on stopping to meet him personally when I am in the area. I will also remember you all when I need to trade vehicles again because of the good service provided when I needed it. more

I've experienced no further troubles with my truck and am now home and in a much better mood. However, that is no excuse for not sincerely thanking Mr. Jenkins for getting the truck looked at without an appointment, the technician (Jim S.) that worked on the truck for what appears to be an absolutely top notch through job of both diagnosing the problem and then fixing it and you for hiring these two top level people and running a business where they are allowed to actually do their jobs and help people. more

My car looks great! Blue Springs Ford did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repair or to anyone shopping for a future vehicle. I would like to have been updated more often about the car's repairs, but my phone calls were always returned asap! Good work Blue Spring Ford. more

Ryan Jenkins and BS Ford was actually proactive with getting my Escape fixed after the recall. Ryan was very kind. Even Lauren at Enterprise was very pleasant. This was the first car that I have ever bought from BS Ford but I cant imagine buying from anyone else now. I felt like I mattered more
