I've been taking my three-to-four cars to Blue Ribbon for years (smog checks, oil changes, etc.). Oil changes are getting too expensive. But that is nothing compared to Blue Ribbo...

Extra Mile 2/18/2015

I had the starter replaced. The Saturn seems to be doing fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The quote was accurate. I had no way to return and pickup my car Vicki came to my house and gave me a ride to the shop. I feel that is going the extra mile for a customer. more

I have been using Blue Ribbon for four years. They are courteous and thoughtful. They don't have a problem with you doing your own repairs ( providing its done right) and then bringing the vehicle back to re- smog at which time it passed. I will keep using Blue Ribbon Automotive more

I went in their for an oil change and I sign an agreement for one price. But then when they check my oil they said it was a mix so my price jump way up there. I shouldn't of paid that much to get my oil change. more
