I'm usually the kind of person that goes to a seafood place and still orders steak. I like my meat and potatoes. I decided to venture out of my comfort zone and give the bouillabaisse a try and am glad I did. It was great; very tasty and good presentation. The prices were average to high at about $24 a dinner. Sides are a la carte. The service was fabulous (returning to check on the meal, refill drinks and bread) and as with most Madison restaurants parking was a non-issue (although we did an early dinner- 5:30 PM on a Saturday as we were headed to the Barrymore afterwards). The view of the capitol is a nice bonus as well.
Pros: Ambience, view, service, intimite setting
Cons: Not good for large groups
