When our local Blockbuster first opened a few months ago I expected the usual "machine robot-type" employees. On my first visit I was semi satisfied with their rental plans but I did love their wide selection of movies. One of the employees convinced me to sign up for their unlimited movie monthly rental program. Since then I have been very happy with the fast & courteous service I've received there. There is one middle aged woman, the one that signed me up, that I thought wasn't very friendly at first but after going in week after week I have found that she is very friendly and courteous. I enjoy talking to her when I am in there as well as all the other employees who work there. I've recently heard that someone had rated her as being rude & discourteous. I can tell you that from my interaction with her since day 1 that is completely untrue. I would rate the employees there an A+ 100% on their customer service.
In regard to renting movies there I love the fact that I can just bring in my 2 movies & literally hand them over and switch out for 2 new movies (no long drawn out process like most rental places). To anyone that isn't a member of the unlimited monthly rental program yet I highly suggest it. As for the employees I would advise not to judge a book by it's cover on the first impression.
