I have been a member of Blockbuster for many years and have never been so frustrated about the level of customer service provided by this store. Every time I go there are a few employees who always have a bad attitude. There have been a few times already that I have gone into the store to ask for the release days of some rentals and they always seems very irritated when I ask these kinds of question or try to find out some insights about the movies I am thinking of renting. The other day for instance a receptionist seemed very upset at me because I walked into the store to return a movie instead of dropping it at the dropped off box. The lady told me ""there is a dropped off box you know!"" implying that I should?ve left it there instead of walking into the store to return the movie. When it first started happening some 6 months ago I thought well maybe the employees where just having a bad day it happens to the best video companies, but this seems to be standard practices at this location. I used to go there at least once a week to the store to rent videos and I always got the same pathetic level of customer service. I don?t recommend this store! Most other Blockbuster video stores are happy to see someone walk into their stores. But this store never greets their customers, never say please or thank you. They treat their customers like livestock. They seem cold and act like they are making you a favor for letting you rent their movies. They show a lack of motivation, enthusiasm and willingness to assist.
Pros: Convenient location, low rental prices,
Cons: Horrible Customer Service, don't get as many movies for rent.
