My husband and I went in on a Friday (right before closing) to get him measured for our daughters wedding on 2/18/12. The man helping us was very pleasant while measuring my husband. When he was done I wanted to confirm with him what color ties the groomsman would be wearing and when we were going to be able to pick up the suits. Well, he had the wrong color tie,he stated that we couldn't pick the suits up until after 2:30 on the Thursday before the wedding (we will all be in charleston thurs. am). When I explained to him that we needed to pick them up on Weds. he stated there wsn't anything he could do. I passed the info on to our daughter. She called on the Saturday morning after my husband and I were there. He did not have record that we were there (although we had to pay $20), she has had trouble with him from the onset-he didn't agree with the colors she wanted and showed a picture of ""how it should be"" (this was probably a clue to go elsewhere). Anyway, my husband and my son were the only 2 people who had to pay a deposit out of 7 people. My daughter has to change where she is getting the suits from because we need them sooner than he can give them to us, now he refuses to refund our deposit. Granted it isn't a great deal of money, but at this point it's the principle of it all. I would not refer anyone to this place of business. You should actually call in and speak to him over the telephone, he lacks any form of professionalism when he is speaking on the phone. Here is their mission statement - ""To provide a quality product at a fair price while ensuring that each customer receives professional, friendly and courteous service."" I think they are lacking in the customer service area. Yes it's only a total of $40.00 but the whole experience was unprofessional.
