Black Mountain Bicycles

I brought my bike in and consulted with the manager regarding some spec adjustments. He basically brushed me off because the bike was purchased somewhere else. The manager kept insisting for me to sell my bike and purchase one at the store. I was under the impression that I was not being ""acknowledged"", unless the bike was purchased through him. He kept criticizing my bike which is worth $2200 and kept suggesting his bikes rather. Overall, I didn't feel like a valued customer. Having said that, I will never shop at this shop again. Although the technicians and other sales reps are a ""pleasant"". I feel the manager is arrogant and needs to be more compassionate towards customer's before being another economic statistic of losing good business. My motto for this store is, ""unless you buy"", you will be acknowledged. more

my dad was visiting, we went in for 2 spare tires, the man said come back on friday to pick them up, we did and they had no idea what we were talking about. worst thing is that the 2 people we spoke to made us feel like we were hastles and wasting their time. one of them made us feel bad because their employee didn't take our information. nice, thanks. more
