I have eaten here twice, and I would definitely go again. However, my expectations are to expect fairly good, aabove verage Chinese cuisine. The rice is very good, definitely one of the highlights. And I say this because poor rice (think dry, old rice) can ruin any Asian food for me...I often get this type of bad rice at PF Changs. Black Pearl does it right. The other awesome item I've had is the chow mein, which features their homemade noodles. These noodles are fantastic and make the dish what it is. Now, not quite Judy Fu's Snappy Dragon fantastic, but almost as good.
In addition to the chow mein, Ive had vegetarian spring rolls, which are above average.
