A Unique Experience 2/7/2006

If you're looking for a unique experience with excellent food this is the place. They'll be doing a special menu for Valentine's Day that looks amazing. You might catch the staff hula-hooping, doing balancing acts or singing. Very fun place. We go back again and again. Tha phone number has changed to 632-7277. more

The decor in and of itself is worth the trip! Everywhere you look there's something to catch your eye. The food's great: distinctive flavours that compliment each other and good presentation. The staff are fun and attentive without being at all pushy. The atmosphere is fun and lively, but not good for quiet conversation. All-in-all, a great dining experience. more

Bizzarro Italian Cafe 8/18/2005

Would you believe that I’m eating Bizzarro’s Fiery Marinara over gnocchi as I write this? The leftovers are just as good the meal itself. Decent House wine, fantastic lasagna, excellent specials, this place has everything you want in a unique Italian joint. Just get here early on the weekends and bring $50 for dinner and wine for 2. more

Hidden Gem in Wallingford! 8/3/2004

This has been the biggest restaurant surprise of the summer for us. This little place (tucked behind the Blue ??? pub right off Stoneway) is a feast for the eyes and the belly. The decor is just as the name states, bizzare. The food is fresh, homemade pasta and deeeelish (also great salads, a good wine list and according to my husband, "some of the best homemade tiramisu around"). The staff are also a crew of hilarious, fun-loving warm people that make you feel like you are part of the family. Head over there when you get the chance- you'll be back again and again. more
