I Love Bisetti's 11/23/2005

As a transplant from New York to Colorado I know I will never find the same kind of Italian food I was use to in N.Y. but I have to say Bisetti's is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Colorado. It is funny cause just today I was talking to a friend about the food there and we both said it is the kind of place you pick one thing to eat and that is all you ever want to eat there. My favorite is the eggplant parm.I dream about it!!!! (my friends favorite is the manicotti)The only problem I have is the way they redecorated the place...they use to have wine bottles hanging from the ceiling and it was so cool...now it just looks like any restaurant. Come here for romance!!! 5/19/2005

Romantic! My husband took me here on our anniversary and it was nothing short of amazing. They have a special little (very little) room that seats two with music and lighting that you can adjust. The service was top notch and very informative. The wines are good, crab cakes amazine, pumpkin pie creme brulee melts in your mouth, wonderful specialty martinis. Cheesy Italian Style 10/17/2002

As an Italian-American I was offended by the food at Bissetti's. The sauces were a combination of brown gravy mixed with Marsala wine. The fact that they are known for their cheesecake (which I didn't so it might be outstanding) should be a clue to how bad the food is here. Cons: cheesy Italian style, bad food more
