This review is for is for the ""front desK'. The volunteer at the front desk was rude and unhelpful to me. i went to visit my cousin yesterday, and i was told she was in the emergency room. I knew that she was in a ""regular room""; however, the volunteer rudlely told me she was in the emergency room because the computer told her. I had to go all the way emergency room and have the person at the registrration desk tell me what room she is in.
