I’ve stood up in many weddings and rented tuxedos from all the nationally known chains stores. My experience was good at first but through the years, service has gone downhill. These days, large men’s stores are hiring younger, cheaper and typically unprofessional people to represent their brand. In my opinion, the lack of experience and poor customer service is unacceptable and not doing them any favors.
For my wedding, I wanted more. Getting fitted for a tuxedo should be a memorable experience. For many, it is the first and only experience they will have! For this reason, I did some homework before choosing the tuxedo shop for my wedding. I wanted a professional touch, with charm and expertise. A local business that has not lowered the bar, hoping nobody will know the difference. I wanted a place my groomsmen would remember and get the professional service they deserve. That place was Bill Paul Limited.
Dennis and Michael did a fantastic job. They were extremely polished and professional. They took ‘that extra step’ and made sure measurements were accurate and orders went smoothly. My groomsmen looked fantastic. The tuxes were perfect and fit well. I should add that this level of service did not come at a premium. I actually found Bill Paul to be just as affordable as the other men’s stores. Pleasant surprise!
Bill Paul Limited exceeded my expectations and I could not be more pleased. I encourage all future grooms to choose better service, support local business and don’t settle for anything less than extraordinary for that big day.
