I purchased a new Dodge ram 2500 Cummins Diesel truck from Bill Luke Dodge and the engine light continuously comes on. I had to the shop 4 times in 4 months and it still comes on....

One of the worst experiences ever 8/6/2012

Wouldn't provide any information when we contacted them about the car they had posted on craigslist, so we decided to go in to talk to someone in person. Boy, do we regret it. The car was in mediocre condition. The center console was badly frayed and the carpet was stained badly in several spots. There also may have been a mechanical issue with the car, but we couldn't figure it out during the test drive. Still, we were sort of interested in the car if they'd consider dropping the price a little - nope. Not only would they not negotiate, but they did their best to make my wife feel stupid for trying to negotiate it down to a reasonable price. In 18 years of car buying, this was by far the worst we've experienced. more

Was treated with the utmost respect during the buying process. Was given many different options to choose from with regards to financeing and was given excellent prices for other options that i chose to have in my financeing. I have had in for service and each time truck was done as promised. When i took it back because of a recurring problem they litterally went out of their way to get it fixed right. I will buy from them again in the future. more

The dealership worked with me to get the car that I wanted. They did response back to me on my emails. David worked with me to get the deal within what I wanted. The buying experience was far less stressful than any other car purchase I have ever made. ( I've made lots!) So pleasant I went back two weeks later and purchased another for the wife. We bought Jeep Patriots. The dealership is very organized, and the service area is so clean you can eat off of the floor. I had brought a car there for bodywork after an accident 3 years ago, and recalled being impressed! more

I went to Bill Luke to purchase a new Grand Cherokee. The sales department was very nice and courteous – they helped make the process smooth from start to finish. They were straightforward and didn’t try to throw in any sneaky dealer add-ons which I’ve had issues with in the past (I once made it to the finance department before discovering that I would be paying for a window tint). I would highly recommend checking out the Bill Luke dealership. more

Unlike some that claim an unfavorable experience with this dealership, I found them excellent to deal with. ( Perhaps possessing a VALID ARIZONA driver's license helped me...lol) I actually went back and bought a second new car ( for my wife) two weeks after we brought mine. I recommend them highly. You will not see any long rambling posts blaming them for "unpaid fines". more

I have never had great experiences with purchasing cars from dealerships, however I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from the salesmen and management at Bill Luke. No one was overly pushy, and I was greeted by management, which does not happen often. I found the perfect vehicle and ended up purchasing a 3 year lease for a very reasonable price. There was nothing sneaky, and the finance department made sure I was well aware of every policy following the purchase. 6 months later, I received a free service, no problems with my vehicle. I found Bill Luke online because their prices were better than all the competitors. Yvette in the Internet Department got backed to me within MINUTES of my inquiry. She set up an appointment time and Buck in the sales department test drove me and explained all the details, WITHOUT PRESSURING ME! When I went to finance I had Ryan and he made sure to go over all the paperwork and explain the terms of my loan. THANKS BILL LUKE for making my car buying experience a great one! more

I went to Bill Luke after visiting other local dealerships Service Departments which ALL lacked customer service. When I arrived at Bill Luke's unbelievable service parts and body shop facility I was greeted right away. Because I was doing a lot of work on my car I took the Bill Luke Shuttle to work and they picked me up when my vehicle was done. All in all, I give Bill Luke's Service Department a 10 out of 10. more

They also DID NOT have any dealer ad on's such as Spare Tire Lock for $299 which I found on a prior purchase at another dealer! Thanks again to my salesman Lionel more

Tony-Tire Department:Friendly, prompt and patient. He answered all my questions and address my concerns. Educated me about different tires, which helped me to decide which I wanted put on my vehicle. Joe-Technician:Friendly, prompt and patient. He is he one that took care of the R/R of my new set of tires. Everyone I deal with, Everytime have have great customer service attitude! The service area is always very clean too. Last note; I prefer the "sacks" cafe crew and the menu. The new one just doesn't seem as clean and inviting to relax and eat in. more
