I cannot possibly convey how upset, disappointed, cheated and angry I am with Galen, the owner, and Bikeworx in general. I made a promise to review Bikeworx in as many venues as possible because of my awful experience.
Suffice it to say I have spent $2000 and the last 10 months trying to get my bike back from them, and they have lied, ignored and cheated me at every turn. Incompetence, awful customer service, apathy, rudeness and lack of competence are their hallmarks. I would go ANYWHERE else to avoid ever dealing with them in any regard, including the simplest of purchases. Take it from someone who already made the biggest mistake of his life: they do not deserve your business, and they will never have mine again.
