Great service, good prices, friendly staff.. 7/2/2009

I have been biking for over 20 years and have been too many bike shops, this is by far one of my favorites. Within moments of walking in the door I was greeted by a welcoming and warm staff member. I was amazed with the amount of inventory they had, it made picking out the bike much easier. Pros: Large inventory, personable and knowledgeable staff Cons: none that I am aware of more

Avoid at all cost, very poor customer service, overpriced, pood quality of service 7/16/2007

Biking is one of my favorite past times and bike like of charlotte takes all the fun away from such good sport. The staff at this shop has the worst attitude and poor sense of responsability towards warranty issues. Do not buy a bike here, save youself hed aches and go to any other store where they will keep you happy for the time you own your bike. If you want gary fisher go to southpark cycles, great friendly staff or any other shop. Pros: none average bike store Cons: staff, attitude, owner, poor warranty more
