I called in for a simple price check on an item and after holding for atleast 10 minutes the employee returned with no information and a terrible attitude. How sad! We're in a recession and I just want to know if I can afford something before I waste gas driving to your location and all I get is a please hold so I can come back with no information! I won't go there anymore or waste my daytime minutes trying to plan my trip either. What the hell ever happened to customer service? I guess if you think for a second there are any decent employees left you just have to make a phone call to big lots of fairburn to get a reality check!
