talk about customer service this days this guys are awful at it specially the manager mike blames customers for their employes mistakes gets loud at customers as if they were his employees then makes treats to call the police if you don't leave the store yes that's what happened to me the rude manager got loud at me i did the same then he wanted to call the cops why because i had just came from shopping at Ross next door i had a bag and told the cashier at big 5 if i could leave my bag up in the front she said yes so i left it in the counter she had some items on her hand so she did not pick up my bag right away i thought she will and then put it away she did not so another customer took it by mistake the manager look at the store video and then have me a # of the people that took my bag which it was cool i did not mine stuff happens but then he starts getting rude and loud with me i had to remind him that i was the CUSTOMER he did not care then told me to leave his store or he was going to call the police i am trying to figure out what happen to my stuff that they lost and know i got this loud rude manager trying to get brave in front of his staff its a shame i spend money at that store in the pass that's what customer service has become a thing of the pass its a shame!!!!!!.
