Nobody knows any of the equipment; I actually told one of the managers how disgusted I was at the service in the store, and he said they are trying to change it. I asked one manager in particular about an item, and he just shrugged his shoulders at me. If you can help not going to this store, don't go there. They are just AWFUL.
