I received GREAT service at the Big 5 in Factoria. I went in with basic questions on a product and left feeling very satisfied. I didn't even make a purchase that day. But, I did go back and make a purchase a few days later. GREAT customer service. They may not be the least expensive, but they are definitely worth your time. more

For What you need 3/18/2006

The store has a pretty large shoe selection but none of them are they are not the best nor the top of the line. They seem to carry the necessities: a few guns here, and a few speedos over there. They frequently advertise in the Sunday Seattle Times, so check that before buying anything for sure. more

Looking for soccer gear or that new pair of running shoes? Big 5 Sporting Goods is the place to get all the necessities. Bring your checklist and ask an available sales personel and you will find what you're looking for immediately. Do bother with other stores where a sales rep is impossible to find. Great prices, great customer service. more
