We placed our bike order and for the first and only two days we had the bikes we were unable to go for a bike rides. The first day when we went to go for a ride we didn't have helmets. Since it was after 5 we could not get helmets. The second day we headed out for a ride around 4:00 and the kids trailer tire was flat. I called the company and asked if there was anything they could do for us since we have been out for 2 days on our bikes. They told me it was my fault that we didn't have helmets since we didn't place an 'order' for them. I asked again if there was some compensation they could offer or if we could return the bikes since we've paid for days and we have not been able to ride for two days. I was told that they don't need our business, they are on their way over to pick up the bikes, to give my money to another company and to never call to rent bikes from them again and then they hung up on me. They did end up charges us for the bikes and we had to send personal time to receive our payment back...since they picked up the bikes. I would defiantly recommend using ANOTHER company. One that understand the importance of customer service!
