THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I WENT TO PAY OFF MY FURNITURE IN LAYAWAY AND AFTER THEY TOOK MY MONEY THEY TOLD ME THE FURNITURE I PAID FOR IS NO LONGER IN STOCK AND THEY NO LONGER CARRY IT. AFTER SEARCHING THE STORE FOR A REPLACEMENT THEY TRIED TO PUT ME IN CHEAP AND TACKY FURNITURE. I WASNT GOING FOR THAT!!! THE SO CALLED MANAGER WASNT HELPFUL AND WOULDNT OFFER ME A REFUND! AFTER I BEGAN TO YELL B/C I WAS UPSET ABOUT MY MONEY THEY CALLED SECURITY TO ESCORT ME OUT WITHOUT EVEN RESOLVING MY ISSUES!!!! Great Experience and Fantastic Savings!!! 12/26/2011

Our Christmas was the best ever after purchasing a dining room and living room full of new furniture! My wife and I are still talking about how great we felt hearing the comments and WOW's from our family and friends. This place is incredible. They don't fuss with all the decorative showroom stuff like so many other places...they pass the savings on to the customer! In this economy it means so much to have people help the regular person. Thank you to Bi Rite and the amazing sales staff!!! more

Horrible Experience! 9/24/2011

I purchased a bed at Bi-Rite back in May 2011. I paid 1,000 CASH for the bed which was delivered the same day. 2 days later, as I was laying my 4 month old son on the bed to change him for a bath, the bed collapsed. I was lost for words! I contacted Bi-Rite and spoke with my sales representative CHAD who agreed that the bed must have been set up incorrectly by the delivery men and offered to have someone come and replace the parts. Hours later, the parts were replaced and the bed was good as new. 4 months later, same thing- the bed collapsed. I contacted Bi-Rite and spoke with a sales representative who asked me to bring the bed by the shop. On Saturday 9/24/2011, I brought the bed up to Bi-rite and spoke with a manager by the name of Everette. Everette acted bothered and distracted and quickly sent me back to the Warehouse to speak with Mario the Warehouse manager. After going back and speaking with Mario, Mario explained that we would need to buy another part to fix the bed from breaking again. I logically refused to buy another part because I feel as If I was sold a crap piece of furniture. Mario sent be back up to Everette who was BEYOND rude. Everette accused my husband and I of breaking the bed and explained that in 30 years of sales, that beds ""just dont break!"" i was completely appauled that he would accused us of breaking the bed! (Also let me note that I had my 9 month old son with me while I was attempting to return the bed and Everrette found the need to CURSE at me in front of my infant). Everette made a HUGE scene in front of several customers. I have never been treated so disrespectfully. I threatened to call the BBB to which Everette welcomed me to ""do what I had to do"" but again- was hostile and refused to either replace or refund. The hostility escalated due to my now irritation with the situation. Everette and I fought back and forth because I BELIEVED and still believe that This manager was in the wrong and should NEVER treat a customer the way we were treated. When all was said and done my husband ended up talking some sense into this obvious bull-headed used cars sales man and he gave us Metal Railing to replace the broken wood on the bed. I will NEVER EVER go back to Bi-rite nor would I ever recommend it. The furniture is cheap and falls apart. You pay for what you get. I suppose 1,000 in cash is not enough for a good sturdy bed and good customer service. Disgusting. more

EXCELLENT Value and same day delivery 10/27/2008

On our way to Gallery Furniture yesterday we stopped in Bi-rite looking for a dining table and chairs. We had been by The Dump and saw a few pieces we liked okay but nothing really great. Bi-Rite had a beautiful Dixon oak table with leaf as well as apholstered chairs that we loved. Our salesman, Abel was wonderful and helped us make the right decision. We got a Swweeet deal with extra chairs and it was delivered to our home in 2 hours. Wow, we will definitely furnish more of our home from Bi-Rite because they really will Save You Money! Ask for Abel. He is awesome! Pros: Get a REAL deal on solid wood furniture Cons: The big ostridge out front made fun of my husband's knees more
